Routines that survive missed days.
Most routine apps quietly assume you'll show up every day. Miss one and the streak dies, the guilt kicks in, the app gets deleted. RoutineKeeper is built the other way around: one small step at a time, and nothing resets when life happens.

Your routine, one step on screen at a time
RoutineKeeper walks you through each routine the way a patient friend would: this step, this timer, nothing else. There's never a wall of tasks to face, and never a decision to make mid-flow.
Tell it what actually trips you up
Getting started? Time blindness? Losing track halfway? RoutineKeeper shapes your routines around your real hurdle, not around someone else's perfect morning.
- Getting started: routines open on the smallest possible first step
- Time blindness: a clock badge keeps "now" visible everywhere
- Losing track: one step at a time, with the next one on deck

Miss a day. Miss three. Nothing resets.
No dead streak, no wilted plant, no guilt screen. Your routines wait exactly where you left them, and coming back is one tap, because the comeback is the whole point, not the punishment.
That's the promise the app is named for: RoutineKeeper keeps your routines through your worst weeks.
Missed days are just days. Today starts where you left off.
Your first month is free. Keep it if it helps.
Full access from day one: every routine, timer, reminder and backup, with no feature walls during your free month.
If you stop subscribing, your routines are never deleted — they stay safely viewable, and everything unlocks again whenever you return. No hostage data, ever.

Fair questions
How is this different from Routinery, Tiimo or Structured?
Those are good apps — and all of them quietly reward showing up every day. RoutineKeeper is designed around the opposite assumption: you will miss days, and the app's job is to make coming back effortless instead of shameful. Nothing resets, nothing scolds, and your routine is always exactly where you left it.
Is this a medical or therapy app?
No. RoutineKeeper is a routine and focus tool, not a treatment for ADHD or any condition. It borrows one honest idea from how executive function actually works: small externalized steps beat willpower. If you're seeking treatment, that's a conversation for a clinician.
What happens to my routines if my trial ends?
They're locked, never deleted. Everything you built stays viewable, and the moment you subscribe (or resubscribe) it all unlocks exactly as you left it. We don't hold your data hostage to sell you a subscription.
Do I need an account?
No — the app works fully offline with no sign-up. If you want your routines backed up (so a new phone never means starting over), you can optionally sign in with Apple, which shares nothing with us beyond an anonymous identifier and, if you allow it, your email.
What about my privacy?
No ads, no tracking, no analytics brokers, no selling data — the business model is the subscription, full stop. Your routine data lives on your device, and in encrypted backup only if you sign in. The full policy is in plain English: privacy policy.
Is there an Android version?
RoutineKeeper launches on iPhone first. An Android version is planned, but we're not going to promise a date we might miss — that would be a little too on the nose.
Your worst week shouldn't cost you your routine.
Start the free trial. If it doesn't make mornings lighter, deleting it is easy: we made sure quitting apps carries no guilt around here.
